Since its successful debut at the 2009 NADA show in January, the electric Kandi COCO car, manufactured by a subsidiary of Kandi Technologies Corp. (NASDAQ: KNDI), has been gaining momentum in the US market with its elegant style and competitive pricing. The plug-in Kandi COCO is brought to the US market by Solus International Corporation through its network of distributors and dealers across the country. The first batch of Kandi COCO cars arrived in the US in Feb, 2009, and coincidently, the Stimulus Act was signed into law by President Barack Obama around the same time. The Stimulus Act carries a provision in which buyers of electric plug-in cars receive tax credit.
